The age old problem of forgetting where you put stuff when you are getting ready to leave for the day plagues most of us. As one is walking out the door, it's very easy to forget where you placed your wallet and keys the night before. Since this is a problem for my family, I decided to make a wall shelf organizer so everyone had a shelf to put their items that they carry on a daily basis by the front door. This way everyone had a set place and nothing would get lost anymore. I made a CAD model in Fusion 360 and then made it out of mahogany and pine. This is used heavily in my apartment by my whole family and no one loses their keys, wallets and headphones anymore around the apartment.
